Swiss is a hard cheese with a nutty flavor & a firm texture. Colby is a mild, crowd-pleaser of a cheese, so it is friendly with all sorts of drinks. Combine the two (Twisted Swiss) and it goes with just about anything. If you want beer, go for a pilsner, pale ale, brown ale, or lager. Wines that pair well with Colby and Swiss include, cabernet sauvignon, chianti, pinot noir, red zinfandel, champagne, Riesling, & Malbec.

Every order is carefully cold-packed based on the expected temperatures at its delivery location to help ensure your cheese arrives in great condition. Cold packing and shipping are FREE on orders of $70 or more. (A cold-pack fee applies to smaller orders.)
PLEASE NOTE: When kept unopened in your refrigerator, most of our cheeses will stay fresh for a minimum of 6 months, making it easy to stock up.
Typical transit time is less than 2 days. Orders ship on Tuesday and Wednesday each week to help ensure delivery before the weekend.
