8 oz Tri-State Cheese Curds (any flavor)

1 cup flour

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)

½ tsp pepper

Optional: garlic powder or paprika

Instructions

Freeze curds for 30–60 minutes (helps keep them from melting too fast)

Set up 3 bowls:

Bowl 1: flour

Bowl 2: beaten eggs

Bowl 3: breadcrumbs + seasoning

Dip each curd:
flour → egg → breadcrumbs (press coating on well) -
Place in air fryer basket (don’t crowd)

Lightly spray with cooking spray

Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes
(until golden and just starting to ooze)
