Cheese Curd Air Fryer Bites

Crispy outside. Melty inside. Dangerously snackable.

Serves: 3–4 (or 1 if nobody’s watching)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Tri-State Cheese Curds (any flavor)

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • Optional: garlic powder or paprika

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Freeze curds for 30–60 minutes (helps keep them from melting too fast)

  2. Set up 3 bowls:

    • Bowl 1: flour

    • Bowl 2: beaten eggs

    • Bowl 3: breadcrumbs + seasoning

  3. Dip each curd:
flour → egg → breadcrumbs (press coating on well)

  4. Place in air fryer basket (don’t crowd)

  5. Lightly spray with cooking spray

  6. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes
(until golden and just starting to ooze)

Pro Tip

Double coat (egg + crumbs twice) if you want extra crunch and less cheese leakage.

Serve It With

  • Ranch or marinara

  • Buffalo sauce

  • Honey mustard

Make It Your Own

  • Use Garlic Dill Curds for a flavor boost

  • Try Thunder Jack Curds for spicy bites

  • Swap breadcrumbs for crushed pork rinds for a low-carb option
