Full Cream White Cheddar is a mild cheddar with a semi-firm body and a smooth, sweet, slightly nutty flavor. Great on crackers and sandwiches, with apples or just for snacking. Pairs well with Merlot, Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon
