This Cheese is made in a Colby base. It is great for snacking, burgers, & salads. Taste the bold Dill flavor in this amazing, mild flavored, semi dry, cheese. Whether you add it to a fresh salad or place it atop a burger, Dill has a deliciously fresh, citrus-like taste, with a slightly grassy undertone.
Dill pairs well with Sémillon, a medium-bodied white wine, or even a light red, like Pinot Noir.

Every order is carefully cold-packed based on the expected temperatures at its delivery location to help ensure your cheese arrives in great condition. Cold packing and shipping are FREE on orders of $70 or more. (A cold-pack fee applies to smaller orders.)
PLEASE NOTE: When kept unopened in your refrigerator, most of our cheeses will stay fresh for a minimum of 6 months, making it easy to stock up.
Typical transit time is less than 2 days. Orders ship on Tuesday and Wednesday each week to help ensure delivery before the weekend.
