Soft, squeaky, and full of fresh, herby goodness—perfect for snacking straight from the bag or tossing on a salad. Refrigerate, but don’t expect them to stick around long.
Shipping
Every order is carefully cold-packed based on the expected temperatures at its delivery location to help ensure your cheese arrives in great condition. Cold packing and shipping are FREE on orders of $70 or more. (A cold-pack fee applies to smaller orders.)
PLEASE NOTE: When kept unopened in your refrigerator, most of our cheeses will stay fresh for a minimum of 6 months, making it easy to stock up. Curds should be eaten within a week of receiving them for best flavor
Typical transit time is less than 2 days. Orders ship on Tuesday and Wednesday each week to help ensure delivery before the weekend.
