Colby Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

12 slider buns
-
6–8 oz Tri State Colby cheese, sliced

2 Tbsp butter, melted
-
Pickles, ketchup, mustard, or toppings of choice
Directions:

Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

Divide ground beef into 12 small patties, slightly wider than the buns.

Season patties with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook patties for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Add Tri State Colby cheese during the last minute of cooking and let it melt.

Lightly butter and toast the slider buns.

Place cheeseburgers on buns and add pickles, ketchup, mustard, or your favorite toppings.

Serve warm.
